It seems as though we haven’t heard from Morningwood since they were telling us to turn up our radios and come on to the Nth degree…

The New York based band recently released a new music video to anticipate their EP, Sugarbaby, which will be released August 12th (the same day Janelle Monáe’s Metropolis will be released). The track is hot, full of energy, and undoubtedly catchy, but the video is a bit bizarre and somewhat reminiscent of Lily Allen’s “Alfie” (at least in terms of the whole puppet thing). I can’t really say I enjoy the video because it’s a bit too weird for me, but then again, this is Morningwood…
